Cookie Policy
The Electronic Communications Act (Official Gazette No. 109/2012), ZEKom-1, introduced rules regarding the use of cookies and similar technologies for storing information or accessing information stored on users’ computers, tablets, or mobile devices. Cookies store unique data about the user or settings selected by the user on a specific website.
The information and data collected will be carefully protected and used solely for the purpose of providing web services, analyzing usage, advertising systems, and functionalities that would not be possible without cookies.
What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small files transferred to a user’s computer during a visit to a website. They are commonly used to ensure the functionality of essential elements of the website and to enhance the user experience.
Cookies can be stored for the duration of a session or longer. During each subsequent visit, the stored cookie can retrieve information and identify the user’s device, though cookies do not contain personal data or provide access to the computer.
Users have full control over cookies and can decide whether to allow their storage on their devices.
On the MFDPŠ website, users are given the choice to accept or reject cookies. Disabling them may lead to potential issues, and certain website functionalities may be inaccessible.
