Application for Enrollment in Masters Studies
We are offering two Masters study programs (2nd cycle):

The candidate submits an application for enrollment via the electronic application on the eVŠ portal: http://portal.evs.gov.si/prijava
The candidate submits one application and can register:
- with a qualified certificate or with an authentication and authorization infrastructure account (AAI account) or with a username and password via the SI-PASS system. All required documents for the application must be submitted electronically through the eVŠ portal. An application is considered timely if it is completed and submitted in eVŠ by the deadline specified in the call for applications.

- A photograph or scan of the diploma from the completed undergraduate studies (the diploma must clearly show the student’s information, the higher education institution, the name of the study program, and the date of completion of studies).
- A photograph or scan of the transcript of completed exams, showing the average grade of all exams and exercises (the full diploma supplement (all pages), a certificate of completed exams, or a copy of the entire student index). The document must clearly show the student’s information, completed academic obligations, and the average grade of undergraduate studies (excluding the thesis grade).
Only complete applications submitted through eVŠ by the final deadline will be considered.
In case of enrollment limitations, the selection of candidates will be based on the fulfillment of the application conditions. After the application process, candidates will be informed about the selection procedure. Successful candidates will be invited to enroll via email.

- A photograph or scan of the certificate of completed obligations from the program the candidate wishes to transfer from, along with the syllabi of all completed courses, which must clearly show the contact hours for each course.
- A photograph or scan of the payment confirmation for the Application for Enrollment under the Transfer Criteria from study programs of other higher education institutions (each application for enrollment under the transfer criteria is subject to a fee according to the valid price list of MFDPŠ, which is published on the faculty’s website. The application fee must be paid at the time of submission, otherwise, the application will be considered incomplete).
Only complete applications submitted to eVŠ by the application deadline will be considered. In the case of enrollment limitations, the selection of candidates will be based on the fulfillment of the application criteria. After the application process is completed, candidates will receive notification about the selection process. Accepted candidates will be invited to enroll via email.
