We include local and international practitioners in the delivery of courses, organize professional excursions to leading companies in the region, and conduct smaller student projects in collaboration with local businesses, where students use their innovative ideas to help solve various business challenges. We also organize multi-week professional internships, offering students excellent opportunities for employment.

MFDPŠ’s Career Center regularly informs students about career opportunities, scholarship announcements, educational and internship opportunities, as well as job and self-employment possibilities. It serves as a hub for counseling and support services, offering connections with employers, advice on studies, help with job preparation, international mobility, and gaining practical experience.
Tutoring is organized to help students integrate into the study process and environment, offering support with challenging subjects and advice on studying, even when difficulties arise. Tutoring strengthens the bond between students, faculty, and the university. Student tutors are peers who are willing to share their knowledge, self-motivated, and ready to help others.
The Celje Student Dormitory is a 15-minute walk from MFDPŠ. One tower is dedicated to students, separate from the high school section. In addition to accommodation, there are options for meals, laundry facilities, and common areas for socializing.
Students can also stay in private accommodation or the Celje Youth Center.
Students are eligible for subsidized meals, partially funded by the state (4.02 EUR).
This benefit is available to all students enrolled in higher education institutions in Slovenia, provided they are not employed, do not run a business, or receive a pension (except for family pensions).
International students in Slovenia under exchange programs are also eligible.
